University of Western Australia Business School

Donella Caspersz works as an academic at the UWA Business School. Donella’s research covers management and organisational behaviour in human resource and employment relations, prosocial behaviour, migration and family business. In family business, Donella publishes on areas of human resource development, transgenerational transfer, and non family managers and CEO succession. Donella works with colleagues in Europe and Asia on this research. Donella has hosted the UWA-FBA Annual Family Business Lecture for the last 5 years, and has convened two academic conferences, the most recent being a symposium with colleagues from Europe and the nearby region on Family Business Sustainability and Continuity in the Digital Economy in September 2018.
