Dessa Bokides is an adjunct professor at the Daniels College of Business. She brings to the classroom over 30 years of global financial leadership and specializes in financial strategy and capital markets. She has worked for Goldman Sachs, Prologis, Pitney Bowes, GMAC and Galvanize in the roles of CFO, COO and Treasurer. Dessa has a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from the Colorado College and an MBA from the Columbia School of Business. She sits on the Boards of Colorado Public Television and FortiFID, a Silicon Valley startup.

Global leader with over 30 years of business experience. Architected and lead profound change in nine organizations from Fortune 500 to start ups. At Prologis, led the IPO of the company’s $6 billion European fund, the largest ever listed fund on the Amsterdam Exchange. At Sterling Mid-holdings, restructured financial systems to integrate 23 legacy systems to create real time business intelligence insights utilizing data lake technology. As the COO/CFO of Galvanize raised $32mm of equity, restructured $20mm of debt and completed $20mm acquisition in five months. Certified board designation by Corporate Directors International (CDI.D) and an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.
