Dennis Kelly is the quality audit program manager and senior research engineer for the Center for International Standards & Quality (CISQ) at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and serves as its Management Representative. Kelly is an RABQSA-Certified Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, RABQSA-Certified Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor, RABQSA Certified Skill Examiner and a registered professional engineer. He has assisted more than 300 companies with the implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, AS9100 and integrated management systems. Kelly is a CISQ lead instructor and auditor who provides assistance, primarily to small and medium-size companies, and conducts workshops on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, TS 16949, statistical process control, six sigma, and related subjects. He is one of the principal authors of ANSI/MSE 2000, the American National Standard for management systems for energy.
Kelly has an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a Certified Quality Engineer.
