Tepper School of Business
Leading the Singapore hub for WPP’s Government & Public Sector Practice, the focus is to work with government communicators and public sector clients in strategy, innovation, and capability building. Connie works across WPP companies to develop and deliver agile and effective solutions that deliver on the communication goals through integrated communications. She identifies the best teams and talent within WPP with the required skills, tools and processes to develop programmes that engage citizens in the modern world.

Connie Chan is Executive Director of WPP's government and public sector practice, Singapore. Prior to the move, Chan was chief client officer for APAC at GroupM’s MEC, before it was reorganised into Wavemaker.
Before that she was the managing director and founding member of MEC Global Solutions in Singapore since the division’s inception in 2006. She is also the president of the Singapore 4A’s. During her time at GroupM, Chan focused on building a strong client leadership and business development community to encourage growth and change for clients and the agency. She also has leadership experience on government accounts such as Economic Development Board and Singapore Tourism Board.
