I’m an independent consultant and author with deep experience in product and design strategy, product discovery, product management for innovation, user research, service/system design, UX concept development, project management, design management, workshop facilitation and public speaking.

I have particular expertise with connected consumer products, connected home and energy management, and an interest in commercial and industrial IoT/M2M. I have a broad and deep knowledge of the design, technology and business challenges and opportunities in working with services combining software and connected, embedded hardware.
