University of Cape Town
Dr Carren Duffy joined UCT in 2009. She teaches, supervises and researches across both streams offered by the Section: Organisational Psychology and Programme Evaluation. Her dominant areas include training and development, organisational learning, labour relations, programme and training evaluation, and programme theory. As a teacher and supervisor, she facilitates change, influences minds and impacts the lives of her students for which she feels greatly privileged.
