Caroline brings experience of working internally in organisation change and development across different sectors including the oil industry, international relief and development, human rights and the public sector. From here she moved into organisation and leadership development consultancy 8 years ago. Her skills range across coaching, group facilitation and consultancy on organisation-wide change.

Caroline’s clients are reflective of her experience in a range of sectors – higher education, financial services, retail, civil service and third sector.

Her work is focussed on supporting individuals and groups in change. With groups she has expertise in facilitating group processes such as action learning, appreciative enquiry, observation and feedback, group dynamics. Caroline has designed and delivered numerous Action Learning Set training sessions for new Learning Set advisers, and has supervised Learning Set Advisers.

She has been involved in the design and delivery of large scale group events. She works with senior teams in a number of ways: facilitating team building and strategic planning processes, providing consultancy support for specific organisational change initiatives and coaching. She has experience of designing leadership development programmes, and also professional practice development programmes for HR and OD practitioners.

Caroline is an Associate consultant at Roffey Park Institute, and an Associate Programme Director at London Business School.

Caroline has been the Programme Director for the Roffey Park Msc in People and Organisation Development for 5 years, and has a depth of understanding about organisational change, culture and effectiveness. She currently still works as a Course Director of the MSc at Roffey Park, and while at Roffey Park was involved in establishing other qualifications programmes such as the Graduate Certificate in Organisation Development. As a result she has a strong understanding of effective programme design to supporting adults in learning.

Caroline is a trained coach, holding a coaching diploma from the Newfield Network, an ICF accredited coach training body. She is also a qualified MBTI and FiroB practitioner. Caroline holds an MA in Theology from Cambridge University, and an MSc in People and Organisation Development from the University of Sussex.
