Carole Irgang is the President and Founder of Red Shoes Marketing, a strategic marketing consultancy helping Fortune 500 companies stand out in today’s cluttered marketplace.

Carole has successfully changed the business trajectory of some of the world’s largest brands (Pantene, Godiva, Avon, Barilla, Kraft, and Chiquita). She is digitally savvy, fearless leader with expertise in brand marketing strategy, brand identity, and integrated communications strategy across a diverse array of product categories that includes beauty, food, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and household goods.

As the President of Red Shoes Marketing, she has successfully led the global positioning for Avon and most recently Godiva, along with leading global agency consolidations, branding and innovation forums, as well as creating brand-building frameworks and integrated marketing communications plans and processes.

Prior to launching her own company, Carole was the SVP of Integrated Marketing Communications at Kraft Foods where she spearheaded corporate re-branding efforts. She started her career in advertising, where Carole advanced to Executive Vice President at WPP’s Grey Worldwide & MediaCom, during which time she helped some of the world’s largest marketing companies, including P&G, 3M, and Novartis.

Carole has been named a “Woman to Watch” by Ad Age and “Advertiser of the Year” by the Delaney Report. She is currently a Board member of the Advertising Educational Foundation, as well as an Advisory Board member to Ithaca College, her alma mater.
