Carole Cran is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Carole was appointed a non-executive Director of Halma plc in January 2016. She is Chief Financial Officer at Forth Ports Ltd, having held the same position at Aggreko plc until December 2017. Prior to that, she held a number of senior financial roles since joining Aggreko in 2004. Carole qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and worked for seven years at BAE Systems plc in a range of senior financial positions, which included four years in Australia.
