Bryn Davies

A business psychologist and consulting professional with more than 20 years experience in delivering national and international projects for public and private sector organizations across a diverse spectrum of industries. He is an expert in the areas of leadership development, organisational culture and change, selection and assessment methodology, team development and executive coaching.

Bryn is Programme Director for the Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, Oxford University.

His consulting business is focussed on assisting clients with their leadership development, organisational effectiveness and talent management, including the identification and development of high potential employees. He has coached CEO’s and senior executives of organisations in the UK, Europe, USA and Middle East, and advised top leadership teams in the strategic deployment and development of their people. He has presented on various aspects of business psychology to international audiences in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
