Annie Taylor

Ms. Taylor joined Verus in 2003 as a performance analyst in the Seattle office. She moved to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she now provides a broad range of consulting services to Verus’ clientele. She is a Taft-Hartley specialist with more than 15 years of experience consulting to defined benefit, defined contribution, and health & welfare trust funds in both non-discretionary and OCIO roles. A shareholder of the firm since 2009, Ms. Taylor is a member of the 401k committee, chairs Verus’ Taft-Hartley Sector Team, and assists with business development. She also sits on the OCIO investment committee.

Ms. Taylor has been a past speaker at several industry conferences, including the International Foundation, Made in America, and the National Benefits Forum, where she has presented on a broad range of investment topics. She serves as a member of the IFEBP Investment Management Committee and as Financial Director for Joan’s Wish List, a foundation providing essential support to domestic violence organizations.

Ms. Taylor graduated cum laude from Central Washington University with a bachelor of science degree (BS) in finance and a minor in economics. She earned her CFA charter (Chartered Financial Analyst) in 2007 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
