Anna is a coach and facilitator who helps individuals and society at a broader scale, business and international organisations grow towards a positive change to create shared value. She has ten years’ experience in the people development space that is leveraged with fifteen years’ work as a corporate affairs professional across emerging and developed markets, successfully engaging with a vast range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors. Anna is now focused on delivering tailored training programs and workshops on management leadership and development of high performance teams for senior and middle managers of multinational companies. She also delivers management assessment and feedback sessions using tools such as MBTI, FIRO-B, and MSCEIT. Her clients include Fortune 500 corporations. She has been an active member of the Project Team to adapt MBTI to the Russian language and culture. Anna has a unique experience of complementing her career as a professional trainer with her career at a global corporation VimpelCom where she has had several positions since 2001 being engaged into top level management strategic projects, and with her career as an entrepreneur having founded her training company in 2007.

Education and qualifications

Anna graduated with an MA (Hons) in Pedagogics and Intercultural Communication from the Moscow State Pedagogical University in 2000. She has qualifications in MBTI, FIRO-B from OPP Ltd, Oxford and in MSCEIT from EBPSYCH, London. She is a certified Senior Practitioner Coaching and Mentoring from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) 2020.

Personal

Anna is an avid traveller who has visited countries in five different continents. She has published two books covering her traveling experiences and has a passion for running, painting, traveling, theatre and clothes design.
