Anna Ayse Guel

Anna Ayse Guel is a Human Resources Executive. Started her working career at Lufthansa in the Human Resources Department she collected deep knowledge of all relevant processes of the HR business in a global playing enterprise such as talent development and recruiting, leadership assessments and running workshops. During her time at Lufthansa she developed her strength in the fields of process management.

She studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz and achieved her degree in Business Administration in 1998. Still on board at Lufthansa she decided to extend her academic basis further and in 2000 she was granted a sabbatical to study at University of Frankfurt. In 2004 she graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Technology.
