Ann Fleckenstein is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over fifteen years of experience in information technology and management. She has extensive experience as a Program and Project Manager including 6 years managing large-scale development projects. She was a participant in the BellSouth Leadership, Development and Staffing (LEADS) program from 1998-2002, a program to identify high potential managers (the top 5%). Ms. Fleckenstein specializes in establishing and teaching project quality best practices. She also assists organizations with implementing effective cost and scheduling procedures. Ms. Fleckenstein currently is an Instructor of the GTPE Project Management training classes, specializing in Quality Improvement for Software Development, Cost and Schedule Practices, and Project Management Fundamentals.
