Andy Miles

Andy Miles is a senior business analyst at Expeditors International of Washington. He has more than 40 years of experience successfully applying business and systems analysis on a wide variety of projects. He started his career after completing an extensive training program at Rolls Royce aerospace. After leaving Rolls Royce, he was employed by several large enterprises in Europe and the United States, including Land Rover, Willis Corroon, Sedgwick Group and Russell Investments. Miles has a strong interest in the practical application of delivering value with agility and applying Python to solve real business problems. He coaches and trains fellow employees in applying these techniques and using them daily on projects. Miles has particular interest in driving improvement in software quality, and he actively researches and applies new techniques in this area. He earned a Higher National Certificate in computer studies from Coventry University and the NCC Certificate in Systems Analysis from Bristol Polytechnic. Miles is Devops-certified and is a certified career coach.
