Andre Taylor

André's personal mission is to work with enthusiastic leaders to drive positive change whilst demonstrating values of integrity, enabling others, sustainability and continuous learning.

André specialises in leadership development, capacity building, group facilitation and urban water management.

In the mid 1990s he specialised in urban water and waterway management. In the mid 2000s he became a specialist in institutional capacity building and leadership development.

He currently works as the International WaterCentre’s Leadership Specialist and directs his own consulting business. He also coordinates and teaches an MBAx leadership course (Leadership in a Complex Environment) for the University of NSW (AGSM @ UNSW Business School), and teaches a sustainability leadership course (Leading Change for Sustainable Development) for Masters students at Monash University (Monash Sustainable Development Institute).
