She is one of the most respected figures in the industry and a UK licensed trader taking positions in the market every day. She is an energy market expert specialising in risk management, analytics, energy trading, valuations, risk analytics and expert witness work. With a strong technical and regulatory understanding, Aily advises traders and investors around the world on the energy risks they are running.

Starting her career in the earliest days of electricity privatisation she made key contributions to the trading and retail businesses of Scottish Hydro Electric, Scottish Nuclear, South Western Electricity and Energy Australia, where she was nominated for Business Woman of the Year. She was also an Executive Director with UBS in Zurich and a former Chairman of the EFA Association in the UK. Before founding Global Energy Advisory she was Head of Power & Utilities, UK and Europe, for RBS in London.
