Aditi Patil

Aditi Patil is an executive coach and senior learning and development specialist at Wipfli, LLP. In her role, Patil curates and creates leadership development programming for the firm's associates. Originally from Mumbai, India, she has more than a decade of experience spanning leadership roles in sales, marketing and product management at Citibank in India. She is also a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and has worked as a career coach, especially for women in transition. Her "why" is to make a meaningful difference to people so that they can create their path with greater self-belief.

Her journey has taken her from India to Malaysia, Singapore and finally the U.S. Her passion to work with women in leadership came from her personal experience as she navigated her career ambitions while moving internationally, raising a family and supporting her husband's career. She has been an entrepreneur and has written about her experience in Chicken Soup for the Entrepreneur's Soul. She was part of the inaugural batch of the Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership course in 2018, and in her spare time, she writes and is the author of a children's book on the power of self-esteem.
