Ad Kil

Ad J. Kil (1947) is Professor of Research Didactics for Professionals and Director of Executive PhD programs, Nyenrode Business Universiteit, The Netherlands and Chendu (China) and Professor of Research at Nordic International Management Institute, China.

He is former Professor of HRD in the law firm at Nottingham Law School (UK), former Director of Study of a Master in Conflictmanagement, University Maastricht Law School and former Dean of the International Institute Financial Industry, Talent & Pro International. 

He is senior trainer at the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA), where he designed the Advocacy Skills Program, and at Radboud University Law School.

Prof. dr. Ad Kil holds a MA in Social Pedagogic, a BA in Psychology, a PGDip P&O, a PGDip CE (Corporate Education), a MA Managing Human Resources, a MBA Legal Practice, a MSc Human Resource Development and a PhD in Management Science and Business Administration. His PhD research was on competences of managing partners of law firms.
