About the course

Working collaboratively with others to innovate, make decisions, and achieve results is essential to any high-functioning organization. But getting the best creative output from your team can be challenging if you don’t know how to recognize and capitalize on the different mindsets and capabilities of each member. In this workshop, using a proprietary Archetypal Blueprint map and interactive exercises, we will explore four types of intelligence—cognitive (mental), emotional (feeling), physical (somatic), and subtle (intuitive). You will uncover your own personal preferences and comfort level with each type of intelligence, and learn how and when to tap into the different intelligences of your team members. Helping teams recognize their collective strengths and abilities will improve collaboration, increase creativity, and pave the way for innovation, fresh data insights, and faster problem-solving. Through hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities, you will learn how to apply these multi-intelligence tools to collaborative situations at work or in your personal life. You will leave the workshop equipped with tools and frameworks to unleash the creative potential of your teams.
