About the course
An advanced leadership journey for experienced managers who have attended The Transformational Leader program and wish to take their learning to the next-level of leadership and organisational transformation.
The world is changing fast. Current and predicted levels of disruption require transformational leadership in organization that are agile and adaptable.
This program takes the design principles and concepts explored in the Transformational Leader program and extends them into the organizational practices required in the 21st century. It develops the capacities and leadership practices of a future-fit leader with the desire to increase their organizations’ agility and adaptability. The program focusses firstly on the leader’s personal transformational journey then on how each leader can support organizational transformation.
Participants are taken through a range of diverse experiences including use of diagnostics for self and organizational assessment, personal reflection, small group conversations, walk and talks peer sharing, executive coaching, and a nature immersion - with the option to spend one night sleeping outdoors in nature.
Participants leave with new insights and practical tools for self-mastery and personal resilience, team and organizational development, new perspectives on leadership, and new insight into next-stage agile organizations.
The program is built around three residential days with some pre-work in the weeks before, individual coaching and peer learning during the residential days, and on-going peer support group during the following months, followed by a final virtual workshop. Participants are also given access to the Virtual Ashridge learning platform for 3 months.
