About the course

In this interactive program we will explore how to design and support teams that drive innovation. Teams that innovate bring together diverse skill sets and perspectives for a common purpose, and they require specialized team and leadership skills. A culture that supports experimentation, facilitative leadership, constructive conflict, and a customer-focus are all essential. In this interactive program we'll explore the skills you need to design and lead a team tasked with innovation, get some practice with techniques that facilitate innovative thinking, and reflect on how you might use these skills in your group and organization.
