Who should attend
This advanced-level program is well suited to organizational executives and senior operational leaders, as well as to those in senior leadership positions within a large department. It is also designed for executives or directors of smaller organizations, especially those with limited HR representation.
As culture is a large-scale dynamic, we recommend that multiple senior leaders from your company attend together.
Note: this program presumes a certain level of influence and decision-making capacity within the organization. Therefore it is not appropriate for supervisors, junior managers or administrative support staff. It is also not recommended for experienced HR professionals.

Online program format
Each day of the program includes two facilitator-led online sessions in real time. Sessions are highly interactive, enabling you to network with peers, brainstorm ideas, engage in skill-building activities, and receive constructive feedback. You will also have access to self-directed resources (readings, videos, self-assessments etc.) that you can review at any time.
