On this intensive course, you'll learn how to assess your growth options and identify new digitally transformative ways to shape your company's strategic future. You'll learn how to evaluate the potential merits of new market penetration, expanded product development, and competitor acquisition – among other topics – to grow your business. You'll explore approaches for successful implementation of innovation strategies and culture.

For many executives, it is a career-long struggle to bring innovation that drives growth to their organization. This highly practical program draws on the best thinking in applying innovation, and explores in detail how to make innovation work for the benefit of your company. Participants will learn how to identify and harness opportunities to innovate, optimize, and scale your business. Participants are able to focus on their own innovation challenges in an innovation lab, which helps them to develop new ideas and products and services. They will get the opportunity to apply the tools and frameworks, test their thinking, learn from others, and gain insights from their peers alongside experienced professionals in the innovation field. We bring in expert practitioners to inspire and support participants during the program. This includes working with our partner, RocketSpace, the largest global startup incubator, who have nurtured Airbnb, Hootsuite, and Uber. Participants will gain first-hand insights through interacting with RocketSpace’s real life innovation situations.
