About the course

You are ambitious for business growth and you’ve devised a strategy to achieve it. Your challenge now lies in implementation.

Our Strategic Execution Program empowers your leadership team to build strengths in execution, learning how to move beyond strategy to create alignment and accountability across your organization. The program brings together the leadership teams of 4-6 organizations to engage in a mixture of shared learning and customized breakout sessions.

Over the course of 4 months, you will engage in 5 days of interactive, in-person instruction from experts in strategy, leadership, and culture. Learning is applied back into the workplace between each module through challenges that push your team to resolve key issues. A set of strategic conversations are also held between the program's lead instructor and the CEO to ensure that what is discussed in the program is executed in the business.
