Description

The Senior Leadership Retreat is an intensive 3-module programme over the course of one year, allowing CEOs and other senior executives to learn from their esteemed peers. This exclusive and intimate retreat provides a rich opportunity for deep reflective work and mutual exchange towards personal change and transformation.

The programme is about taking action. It’s about confronting long-standing issues and breaking out of the cycle of ineffective habits. It’s about transforming one's self and through this process, creating impact for your people and your organisation.

Note: Programme modules will be tailored to the needs of the participants. The programme will be led by two experienced KDVI faculty and executive coaches. Specific topics such as creating high performance organisations, aligning vision and action, top teams, managing stakeholders, succession & legacy planning may be built into Modules II and III according to the needs of participants.

Module II

  • Follow up from Module I's commitments
  • Lecture: selected topic based on participants' needs

  • Practice peer coaching
  • Identify and share creative strategies and solutions
  • Identify specific issues to be addressed in Module III

Module III

  • Follow up from Module II commitments
  • Lecture: selected topic based on participants' needs
  • Life case presentations with group feedback/discussion
  • Practice peer coaching
  • Identify and share creative strategies and solutions
  • Refine action plan, including a plan for sustaining momentum and impact beyond the programme
