Who should attend
This course if for experienced team members responsible for leading others and determining the future direction of their organization. Our flagship general management program helps senior executives become more mindful leaders, develop their personal resilience and leverage the huge potential of digital innovation. Through the three pillars of the course – strategy, leadership and change – participants will learn to steer their team in uncertain times, communicate more effectively and deep dive into which leader they want to be.
- Two 1-week onsite sessions
- Virtual classes, self-study material and psychometric assessments
- Face-to-face and virtual executive coaching sessions
- Participants will identify and undertake a Strategic Disruptive Challenge Project relevant to their organization, as well as many other experiential learning activities
