About the course
Senior leaders learn how to chart their organization’s future and embrace disruptive innovation.
Our flagship management program helps senior executives become transformative, strategic thinkers, explore the positive forces of disruptive innovation and how to apply them, and develop a deep understanding of their own leadership styles and how best to leverage them.
The course is structured around two 1-week on-site sessions, with support from our faculty, their coach, and fellow course attendees
- There is pre-work, two additional virtual workshops and a personal coach throughout.
- Participants will identify and undertake a Strategic Disruptive Challenge Project relevant to their own organization.
- They are also encouraged to create a 100-day action plan with support and follow-up from their coach.

This course if for experienced team members responsible for leading others and determining the future direction of their organization.
Participants typically have at least 10 years management experience and should be comfortable working in small groups of fellow executives from a variety of industries, organizations and cultural backgrounds.
