Description

The ScrumMaster role is integral to project success because they facilitate the work of the Agile development team. You will learn the basics of Scrum and how to plan and execute a Scrum project, critical characteristics of a successful ScrumMaster, and the challenges you will face as a ScrumMaster. By participating in role-playing activities using Scrum case studies from Federal organizations, you will learn to apply the Scrum framework in a Federal environment.
