About the course
To maximize performance and retain staff, leaders need to be able to engage and motivate their teams in different ways. This practical program teaches a range of highly respected coaching techniques that will help to overcome relational challenges impacting organizational performance
People are increasingly driven by purpose – both organizational and societal – and that’s making it progressively difficult to retain talent. Modern leaders need the skills to engage with individual team members in different ways. To motivate, inspire and cultivate a sense of belonging and in turn improve individual performance.
By attending this program you will:
- Gain a thorough grounding in coaching, so you can choose which style and approach works for you in a variety of contexts
- Develop your self-awareness and reflection skills to achieve better coaching relationships
- Work with collaborative coaching models to help your people find solutions to their issues.
During the three-day residential program you will be introduced to a range of well-respected coaching models, practice your coaching skills and experiment with new ideas. You will receive feedback from your peers, our coaching faculty and trained actors playing the role of employees in your organization. You will also be given time for self-reflection in the stunning grounds of Ashridge House.
The final part of the program is a virtual session that takes place six weeks after you complete your residential. During this session you will reflect on your recent coaching conversations, participate in a short virtual coaching session and reflect on coaching conversations that happen remotely.
You will earn a Certificate of Application upon completion of the full program.
