About the course

This 2-day workshop will help you prepare to pass the PMI® exam and earn your PMP® certification. The course is taught by a PMP® certified instructor with over 25 years of industry knowledge and project management experience.

The single most desired and required core competency in today’s rapidly changing and demanding times is the skill of a project manager. The Project Management Institute (PMI)® awards the distinguished certification of Project Management Professional (PMP)® to those practicing individuals who achieve a proven level of study and preparation for the role of a project manager.

Our course provides the knowledge and skills you need to pass the PMP® Certification Exam. During the course, you will establish:

  • A knowledge baseline
  • A study plan
  • Exam taking tactics to assure passing the exam
  • An understanding of the history of the test and its purpose

To prepare you to take the exam, these intense two days will focus on the vocabulary, concepts and practices that PMI® considers mandatory for Professional Project Managers.

Course materials include: A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - with guidelines for using it efficiently to prepare for the exam, a notebook of exam prep materials, and access to on-line practice exams with over 600 sample questions. These course materials are updated continually to match the changing exam content and emphasis.
