Project management can often seem complex due to the large number of methodologies to choose from. In BT we have learnt that, in most cases, all it takes to deliver great results is to apply the basic principles of project management in a robust and disciplined way.
We’ve used our learning and experience, in delivery of major projects and programmes, to develop best practice. We keep it simple, focussing on the core principles of effective programme and project management, placing a strong emphasis on strategy alignment and benefits realisation. When applied, and revisited throughout the project life cycle, this approach will significantly increase the likelihood of project success. To ensure the change and the benefits you deliver are sustainable we will share how our approach is fully integrated with a robust governance and effective, operationalised Change Management approach.
This course is in collaboration with BT.
This unique 3-day course is focussed on the best practice approach we have developed around a set of core principles and how it can be applied in a scenario. This includes comparing and contrasting against your real-life and existing projects. This course is a fun and interactive approach to training project management using gamification. Based around a case study, you will have the opportunity to learn from hands on practice and better relate the theory to practical application. We will guarantee that you’re never in your seats for long!
Delegates will then have the opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification APMP, with the course accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM).
