Topics to be addressed include cash flow analysis, saving and investing for retirement, retirement income sources, Social Security strategies, Medicare, insurance and annuities, long-term care, gifting, and estate planning. By the end of this course, you will have created a personal retirement plan that integrates your financial objectives within a framework of your goals and values. This plan will serve as a flexible framework to guide your current and future financial decisions, before and during retirement.

Description

The Executive Certificate: Leadership for the 21stCentury certificate program examines the competencies necessary “to lead” today. The certificate program is composed of 5 days and a total of 10 sessions allowing the participant to look at leadership from both a personal and an organizational perspective. The program will provide not only the competencies necessary to be successful as a leader but also offer the practical strategies for applying these skills in the workplace. All 5 days and 10 sessions must be completed to receive the Executive Certificate: Leadership for the 21st Century.
