For example, successful completion of the optional assessment in 'Personal Mastery in Leadership', enables you to achieve 15 credits towards the attainment of a PG Certificate in Leadership and Management.
Personal Mastery in Leadership is a unique, reflective programme that explores the concepts of self-leadership and identity in the workplace. It is designed to help you develop greater self-awareness and knowledge around your personal identity, values, beliefs, aspirations and well-being, and how these factors contribute to your personal and professional effectiveness.
This programme further facilitates a critical understanding of impression management and the impact you may have on others with a view to helping you enhance your professional practice and your ability to lead yourself and others.
What do I get out of it?
This programme will help you to:
Develop a greater sense of your own identity through self-knowledge; Enhance your personal and leadership effectiveness; Enhance your ability to positively influence others; Develop strategies to improve your personal resilience and well-being. You also have the opportunity to complete the assessment and achieve 15 credits towards the attainment of a PG Certificate in Leadership and Management.
To obtain the full PG Certificate in Leadership and Management, you will also need to attend and complete the assessment for Leading Change Programme (15 credits) and the Strategic Leaders Programme (ILM Level 7) (30 credits). The latter also provides you with an ILM Level 7 qualification.
