HANKEN Executive Education in Vaasa arranges the development program Middle Management and Business Administration in co-operation with the TE-services in automn 2017.
THE AIM OF THE PROGRAM
The aim of the program is to increase your competitive skills on the labour market by offering you knowledge in different areas concerning Middle Management and Business Administration and also a deeper insight in your personal key competences.
The program offers you a possibility to take part in an education where many important areas regarding Middle Management in Business Administration are handled. Our aim is to give you the competencies you need so that you can lead and develop your own team or your own unit as well as in the private and the public sector. The program also gives you an understanding of good management in Finnish organizations.
SETUP OF THE PROGRAM
The education program takes place during four months, of which about 7 weeks will be classroom studies and about 10 weeks will be distance or self-studies. The classroom studies consist of lectures, group works and discussions. Within the distance studies you will work with individual or group tasks that will be reported both orally and in writing. During the education you will also work with your final report on your personal management development or Business Planning. Your final report will be presented to the other participants at the end of the program.
DURANCE OF THE PROGRAM
The education starts on September the 26th 2017 and ends on January the 26th 2018. The classroom studies take place on weekdays between 9:15 am and 4:00 pm at the Hanken Campus on Biblioteksgatan 16 (Kirjastokatu 16) in Vaasa.

Who should attend
The program is intended for people with a Bachelor or Master of Science degree and are unemployed or threatened by unemployment. The language of the program is English why it’s important that you understand the language both spoken and written. 16 participants will be granted enrollment in the program.
