Description

Overview

This course is offered to Superior Court judges by the North Carolina Judicial College. Spend a day at the School of Government discussing some of the issues that set medical negligence cases apart from other civil matters on your docket. You will hear from fellow judges, faculty, and veteran practitioners about standard of care, Rule 9(j), special discovery and evidence questions, and case management.
