About the course
Learn how to embrace change and confront challenges quickly and positively. Learn how to become productive and positive. Manage stress to prevent burnout.
When people are confronted with change they go through different stages of what is called “The Change Cycle”. Stages include denial, resistance and eventually acceptance of the change before they can reach the productive stage. If they are left on their own to transit through these stages without guidance, it may take a very long time before they make the change successfully. This can also lead to burnout.
Working with the change cycle model we will assess how ready or able you are to confront change, while assisting you to achieve your change outcomes.
By the end of the masterclass you will:
- Regain your ability and willingness to be flexible.
- Gain insight into the ramifications, consequences and rewards of the change - past, present, and future
- Understand and embrace the causes of your burnout and emerge with a plan to counteract it
Participants will be taken through the six stages of the cycle on a two day journey. During this time burnout will also be addressed through role play and theatre.
