About the course
In a world where pandemics, climate change, trade wars and financial crises can threaten even the most stable and profitable organisations, a robust understanding of risk management is fundamental.
Learn to mitigate the impact of external forces on your organisation – and boost resilience, innovation, efficiency and your bottom line with this interactive online programme. Use it to get the knowledge, tools and frameworks to manage risk – and thrive.
WHY THIS PROGRAMME?
Events that threaten your organisation’s stability can also bring opportunity. On the programme, you learn to get the most out of risk management approaches and techniques – and develop new ways of operating and doing business. Register to:
- Improve your understanding of risk
- Develop effective risk management approaches
- Reflect on your organisation’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic – and identify how to make it more resilient in the future
You’ll complete four modules and a Knowledge in action project. You start with three consecutive half-day sessions in a virtual classroom, alongside faculty and peers. So prepare to have your thinking challenged and take part in discussions and active learning. You’ll get tools and frameworks to use in your own organisation. And then two weeks after your sessions, you join your peers for group coaching on your project.
The programme works around your schedule. Live sessions take place in the morning – leaving your afternoons for work, and of course, reflection on what you’ve learned.
Then when you complete the programme, you get an official Vlerick certificate.
