Conflict and change are unavoidable, and managing the impacts of change and resolving conflicts within an organization are essential skills for a leader. This certificate teaches these skills through case studies, advice from practitioners and experts, and interactive games.
Whether you are new to management or a seasoned professional, this certificate program will give you the strategies necessary to successfully negotiate disputes and lead your organization through minor and major changes. The courses present strategies that managers can use to help deal with conflict, with case studies and scenarios that highlight key issues.
The Managing Change and Resolving Conflict certificate consists of 7 courses, each taking from 3 to 10 hours to complete. Students have six months from the time they receive their access email to complete the certificate. The following courses are Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI) approved for Continuing education (CE) credits or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) approved for Professional Development Credits (PDC’s) and require no textbooks or prerequisites.
