Leaders and manager are often called upon to deal with the challenging impacts of change, to work through disputes with partners and customers, and to resolve conflict within the organization. The courses in this certificate present strategies that managers can use to help deal with conflict, using case studies and scenarios that highlight key issues. Courses included in this certificate program are: Introduction to Managing Change and Resolving Conflict, Communicating Collaboratively, Emotional Intelligence for Managers, Handling Difficult Employee Behavior, Handling Workplace Conflict, Leading and Managing Change, and Negotiations: Resolving Disputes.

Whether you are new to management or a seasoned professional, this certificate program will give you the strategies necessary to successfully negotiate disputes and lead your organization through minor and major changes.

The Managing Change and Resolving Conflict certificate consists of 7 courses, each taking from 3 to 10 hours to complete. Students have six months from the time they receive their access email to complete the certificate. The following courses are Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI) approved for Continuing education (CE) credits or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) approved for Professional Development Credits (PDC’s) and require no textbooks or prerequisites.
