About the course

In an environment that is increasingly buffeted by VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity), it becomes important for firms to not only navigate but also steer their strategies adroitly to survive first, and then, thrive. This 3-day MDP is intended to equip the participants with a toolkit that would be of immense help in this task. Several stratagems would be looked at, starting from the individual level and leading to firm level impact. Comprising caselets, deep dive discussions, guided self-plans and movie clips, this MDP would be a platform for learning from peers across domains.
