Our prestigious program for the global generation of new managers. It provides the grounding needed for progression into management roles, covering skills such as leadership, strategy, finance, marketing and more.
This flagship program for future and emerging managers, introduces the skills needed for management progression in the global generation.
It introduces topics such as leadership, strategy, finance and marketing, alongside practical advice and workshops, where participants can test, practice and apply their learning to their own organization’s challenges.
Built around a core five days of residential learning, the Management Development Program requires some online pre-work and assessment to identify areas of strength and agreed development focus. This forms the basis of their specific development during the program.
During the residential phase, participants create an action plan based on their learning, for implementation back at their workplace. The plan is presented to their program peers and faculty.
After the five residential days there are follow-up virtual workshops and progress reviews.
On successful post-program completion, participants will receive a final Certificate of Application.
Participants have access to the Virtual Ashridge learning platform throughout the program.
Who should attend
Participants will soon be moving into a management position, or may have recently done so, or they are from a specialized functional or technical role.
