Rutgers school of business—Camden
Lean six Sigma Green Belt Professional Certificate
About the course
Given that customer expectations are always increasing, analyzing the performance of your business in a structured manner and applying innovative performance techniques is paramount to success.
Through this lean six sigma green belt online certification program you will master Lean process philosophy and Six Sigma quality tools presented in a virtual learning format with self-paced online learning and one-on-one real-time mentoring with your Rutgers Black Belt facilitator.
This program is designed for a 10 to 12-week schedule. When you enroll, let us know if you need a faster track to completion or longer than 12 weeks and we can customize your schedule. If you and one or more of your colleagues would like to enroll simultaneously, we can work with you as a cohort, for a richer team experience.
This program is a hybrid of online educational and training modules, reading from course text books and references, learning objects to demonstrate key points, and application exercises.
You have the option to work on a project in parallel with this training that provides just-in-time application of the tools and techniques to complete your certification project in rapid time. Please note that you must register for Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt certification separately from this program if you would like to work on a certification project simultaneously.
