About the course
This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Online Program from FIU includes a project component, with review and guidance from an FIU College of Business faculty member who is a Lean Six Sigma black belt. The project entails a real-world situation in which you must define and measure a problem that must be solved, analyze a process that may be contributing to the problem, identify the cause of the problem, and then improve the process to solve the problem. This is an advanced course designed to provide students Green Belt Certification after completing the Yellow Belt Certification

Fully Online Program, Rolling Admissions Schedule with Year-Round Registrations
Program participants have three months to complete the online training from the time that the access code is released via email. Following this three-month commitment, an additional four to six months will be required to complete the project component.
