About the course

Partnership with Berklee Campus Valencia

Organisations increasingly need leaders who think like music industry professionals. ESADE and Berklee College of Music offer leaders from any industry an opportunity to transfer leadership concepts from Music Thinking to their own personal and organisational challenges. Participants must have a passion for music and a willingness to perform with the class.

A unique programme

Music professionals face a hugely disruptive phenomenon within a quickly changing environment. Success is based on innovation, anticipation, and collaboration – as well as the identification and management of highly creative talent. Technology has generated enormous change and will continue to transform the industry.

Many non-artistic industries are – or soon will be – immersed in similar environments. Therefore, if until now there has been talk of bringing management ideas to the music industry, now is the moment to bring Music Thinking to the world of organisations.
