Description

Leading & Embracing Organizational Change focuses on how to make change initiatives more successful, predictable, comfortable and less stressful by better understanding change, its evolution, the roles people play and how to play them thoughtfully and with purpose. You’ll learn from both research and personal examination. You’ll be able to take your experience with change and examine it using frameworks, class exercises and simulations.
