In this two-day programme, you will learn skills to set up and lead effective crosscultural teams, helping you boost performance and productivity. You will gain a ‘toolbox’ of skills to use immediately to enhance your own performance – and that of your organisation. At the end of the programme, you will receive a certificate, membership of our Executive Education Network, plus future exemption from one elective course on the Global Part-time MBA.

The programme is split into three parts, and delivered over the period of two days.
