In this two-day programme, you will learn skills to set up and lead effective crosscultural teams, helping you boost performance and productivity. You will gain a ‘toolbox’ of skills to use immediately to enhance your own performance – and that of your organisation. You will join delegates from a wide range of industries, sectors and backgrounds to identify the key characteristics of high performing teams. Together, you will consider areas such as team processes and phases, effective communication skills and behaviours, team member diversity, and positive and negative team roles. You will also explore how to create a creative climate, and how to manage cross-cultural differences and conflict.
