About the course

In the current business context, competencies related to leading and managing change are increasingly in demand, as organisational change initiatives become a more regular affair. CEOs expects key talents to lead successful organisational changes and manage its implementation with the least amount of resistance. As PwC survey has found out recently, such talents are in high demand.

We offer this specialized, in-depth certification in Leading and Managing Organizational Change that will not only introduce participants to the knowledge of theories and models in the domain of organisational change, but also help them understand to use the learnings successfully in their work context, through a hands-on workshop. Integration of training and actual work has been a gap associated with training programs and the workshop style offering tries to reduce this gap. Participants are expected to use their organisational context to integrate the learning better and find new ideas for interventions, for greater organisational success.
