This programme addresses two most dominant corporate agendas - leadership and change, benefitting you and your organisation. Based on 18 years of research and experimentation on the interpersonal skills of leaders, Leadership Skills for Top Management programme includes six sets of leadership skills essential for managing change: Planning, structuring, motivating, rewarding, institutionalising and managing politics in change initiatives.
Important insights from London Business School’s research on the competencies of effective leaders will also be analysed in depth. Your competencies will be studied at a micro-level and your leadership potential will be assessed with confidence. Subsequently, a personal action plan will be formulated to sharpen the practical competencies of your effective leadership. Particular emphasis will be placed on the relationship and behaviour of the top team in any change exercise. You will then be asked to design and manage a change project based on your organisation. This will help you integrate leadership competencies into your learning and apply it in your organisation.
