GROW IN DIFFERENT FACETS Each module focuses on driving change from a personal, organizational and technological viewpoint.

The program will comprise four modules, specifically designed to provide courageous leaders with the skills to step up and drive recovery. Participants will approach each module from three perspectives—individual, organizational and digital—to explore wide-ranging challenges and unlock actionable skills.

ASSESSMENT & AWARENESS How we respond to difficult situations defines who we are as individuals and leaders. In a climate of fear and uncertainty, awareness and self-regulation become paramount. This opening module explores this concept, preparing leaders with the skills to manage even the most trying situations. Beginning by assessing where you are, the module will investigate three layers of understanding following the Key Question Approach (KQA).

DEFINING DIRECTION & GOALS IN COMPLEX TIMES Without a vision, a company can easily get lost in the fog of uncertainty. The second module addresses this need for a guiding light along a determined path. While adjustments will need to be made in times of difficulty, having this vision and coherent ideas will allow leaders to continue reaching goals and driving success.

FORESIGHT: IDENTIFICATION OF CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES Understanding what separates a good leader from a great one involves the science of NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Focusing on this, you will first discover the key points that make certain individuals stand out—and how you can apply them to your own ambitions. Keeping these insights in mind, you will then discuss the importance of setting goals, emotional leadership skills, and crisis forecasting and management.

MANAGING CHANGE, ACTION & IMPLEMENTATION The final module will investigate how our inspirational personal habits can be used to help others, especially during a crisis situation. Cultivating these habits will help us achieve the life we want. Now, with all the skills, insights and preparation in place, it’s time to implement your plan by developing KPIs, reward structures, feedback loops and mapping to promote your vision within an organization and ensure it becomes THE vision.
