Description

Change doesn’t happen overnight, nor does it happen in a vacuum. When you manage teams and are being counted on to initiate or implement change, you need skills to both mobilize and motivate your workforce. It takes true leadership to get buy-in for new ideas and processes. And it requires a vision for the impact of change to communicate its value to others.

In this course, you’ll build leadership and team development skills, learn to overcome employee resistance, and develop strategies for increasing worker engagement. You’ll also learn how to use goal setting, incentives and evidence-based management to create and oversee teams that are driven to succeed.
