About the course
(This is the in-person course in the Strategies for Sustainability Program.)
In this interactive program, you’ll discover ways to shift your organization’s culture to advance sustainability through transformative leadership and design thinking. You’ll learn to influence and lead others – including those who don’t consider sustainability to be core to their jobs – to think holistically about products and strategies that mitigate risk and create value for your organization over the long-term. You will apply design thinking frameworks and systems leadership to engage stakeholders in transformative change.
Through 2.5 days of faculty lectures, industry expert panels, interactive sessions, and hands-on workshops, you’ll hone your ability to integrate sustainability as a core strategy within your organization.
